The software structure and hardware principle of a pin-plug phone controller are introduced in this paper.The new technology is patented and easy to be implemented.The main characteristic of this new technology is that the coding methodology of Morse code is incorporated into the telecommunication technology and the Micro-controller technology,generating an answering speech sequence that can successfully replace the conventional speech translator chip.The new technology has significantly increased the speed and reduced the production cost.This new technology applies the current testing technique to the loop in a pin-plug and develops a computer program to control the pin-plug.A simple but effective way of communication between controller and pin-plug is established.
