摘    要:介绍改进的制胶及热压工艺,添加低剂量助剂(树脂增强剂),实现了低成本E1级中密度纤维板工业化生产,经检测产品性能达到了GB/T 11718—2009《中密度纤维板》要求。

Abstract:By improving resin manufacture technology, hot-press technology, and reducing the dosage of additives, E1 grade medium density fiberboard(MDF) has been produced in large scale with reduced cost. The quality meets the requirements of the latest China National Standard GB/ T 11718-2009.
