| Abstract: | In view of the insufficient basic data in ordinary county towns, a method of earthquake microzonation suitable for county towns is presented. The accurate evaluation of engineering geology in the working area is the basis of earthquake microzonation. The correct determination of the bed rock motion and design ground motion parameters at each zone are the keys to obtain rational results.The microzonation of a county is given as an example to explain the procedure. |
