1000kV特高压输电线路保护的现状及发展

摘    要:1000kV特高压输电系统由于其分布电容引起的故障暂态分量与500kV系统有本质的区别,因此研究1000kV特高压输电线路保护首先必须要研究1000kV特高压系统的暂态特性以及与500kV线路保护的区别。文章介绍了目前关于1000kV特高压输电线路保护研制过程中所关注的一些主要问题,如1000kV特高压系统暂态过程,特高压保护的关键技术问题等,对1000kV特高压输电线路保护提出了基于分布式模型的电流差动保护和距离保护测量原理。经过大量的动模试验验证:目前1000kV特高压输电线路保护完全能满足特高压电网安全稳定运行的要求。

Abstract:For 1 000 kV UHV transmission system the transient fault components which are caused by distributive capacitance are quite different from 500 kV transmission system, so that the main points of research for 1 000 kV UHV transmission line protection relay should be to research the transient processes and their differences with 500 kV system. This paper presents some main technique problem which was involved the 1 000 kV UHV transmission line protection relays, such as the 1 000 kV UHV system transient processes, the key technique problems etc., the current differential protection principles and distance protection principles based on distribution parameter models have been built and used in 1 000 kV UHV transmission line protection relays. CEPRI dynamic simulation tests proved that the 1 000 kV UHV transmission line protection relays can satisfy the requirement of the UHV system operation..
