低碱硅酸盐水泥的试制

摘    要:为生产低碱硅酸盐水泥,从分析原,燃料化学成分入手,改变原料配比,减少页岩用量,通过配料计算,其生料碱当量不应突破0.4%。为解决煅烧困难,采取提高烧成温度等适当措施,使熟料中铝,1铁含量在正常范围内,完全满足熟料三个率值的要求。

Abstract:In order to produce Low alkali Silicate Cement,in the trial production process we have changed the mixing ratio of raw material, reducing the amount of shale, according to the analysis of chemical element of raw and fuel. The content of alkali in raw material should be no more than 0.4%. The burning process is adjusted to improve mature temperature. The content of aluminium and iron in clinker is normal, perfectly meeting the demand of three figure of clinker. we add 4% whiting into the clinker to counteract the increasing of production expense resulting from the reduce of shale. The chemical physical index of the low alkali cement fulfils the national standard, the content of alkali is less than 0.6%.
