火焰切割机控制系统的改进

摘    要:火焰切割机在自动控制状态下切割钢坯时,易出现切割机部件损坏,切割介质消耗多的情况。对火焰切割机的PLC自动控制程序及控制系统中控制部件进行改进,实现了火焰切割机的高效可靠地切割钢坯,避免了火焰切割机部件的容易损坏状况,同时达到了节能降耗的目的。仅乙炔消耗,每年可节约100多万元的切割费用,取得了很好的改进效果。

Abstract:When steel billets were cut with flame by torch cutter in auto mode, the working parts of the cutting machines were prone to damage, and the consumption of medium were too much. For this reason, modification to the PLC auto-control program and the controlling elements of the control system has been done. Steel billets have been cut with torch cutter in high-efficiency and reliability, and the condition of the working parts of the cutting machines are prone to damage has been avoided after modification, at the same time, the goal of energy-saying and lower-consumption gas been reached. The economized expenses in cutting are more than RMB 1 000 000 only for the consumption of C_2H_2 in a year. The very good results in modification have been attained.
