摘    要:油菜籽是我国重要的食用植物油原料之一,其加工副产物菜籽饼粕是宝贵的植物蛋白资源。介绍了菜籽低聚肽的组成、结构,以及其降血压、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、增强免疫等功能特性,以期为深入研究和开发菜籽低聚肽产品提供参考。

Abstract:Rapeseed is an important raw material of edible vegetable oil in China. Rapeseed meal is a great plant protein resource. The composition, structure, and the biological activities of anti-oxidation, antitumor, reducing blood pressure and immunity enhancement of rapeseed oligopeptide were introduced so as to provide references for further investigation and development of rapeseed oligopeptide.
