摘    要:蛋白质的糖基化修饰可提高其功能性质,介绍了蛋白质通过转谷氨酰胺酶途径糖基化修饰的优点,综述了其反应机制、糖基化蛋白主要功能性质变化及结构变化,并讨论了转谷氨酰胺酶途径糖基化的发展前景。

Abstract:The glycosylation can improve the functional properties of protein.The advantages of glycosylated protein catalyzed by transglutaminase were reviewed, and the glycosylation mechanisms as well as the structure and main functional properties of glycosylated protein were described, also the future development potential of glycosylation of protein catalyzed by transglutaminase was discussed.
