瑞通广场逆向转换层的设计

摘    要:结合瑞通广场的结构设计,阐述了逆向结构转换层区别于一般转换层的受力特点。通过电算分析对比,证明利用混凝土斜柱作压杆的转换桁架,传力直接,能够充分地利用混凝土结构承压性能好的优点。

Abstract:According to the example of Ruitong Plaza structure design, this paper focus on the difference of load transfer mechanism between reverse transfer story and common transfer story. The results of computer analysis prove that transfer truss using concrete slanted column as compress element can take full advan- tage of the high compression bearing capacity of concrete.
