提高凝汽器真空度的措施

摘    要:汽轮机凝汽器运行时存在真空度下降,排汽温度和压力升高的问题,因此从人、料、法、环、测几个方面,排除了引起汽轮机真空值低的因素,运用头脑风暴法,从设备上分析引起汽轮机凝汽器真空低的原因。按"5W1H"的原则,制定对策解决汽轮机凝汽器真空度低的问题。经过3个月的运行,汽轮机凝汽器真空平均值由-0.078MPa上升到-0.083MPa,实现了提高汽轮机凝汽器真空度的目标。

Abstract:There exist problems of vacuum reduction, exhaust steam temperature and pressure increase when the steam turbin condenser operating, analyzed from the aspects of people, materials, method, environment and measuring, and ruled out the cause of the steam turbine vacuum values low factors. By using brainstorming method, from the equipment aspect, analyzed reason of steam turbin condenser low vacuum. Using the "five W1H" principle, establishing to solve steam turbin condenser low degree vacuum problem. After 3 months of operation, steam turbin condenser vacuum average raised from -0.078 MPa to -0.083 MPa, realized the improving steam turbin condenser vacuum target.
