摘    要:通过从设备、介质、温度、工艺等方面进行分析,分析了实际生产中导致横管终冷器阻力大的原因,采取控制混合液循环量、成分、及时清扫和工艺改进等措施,降低了横管阻力,减少了煤气放散,保证了风机稳定运行。

Abstract:Analyzed the cause of the resistance increase of the crossing piping gas cooler thought from equipment, medium, temperature and the process, took measures of controlling the mixture circulation and composition, cleaning timely, improving the process, finally, reduced the crossing piping gas cooler resistance, reduced the gas loss, ensured the stable operation of the blower.
