MTBE裂解制异丁烯装置换热网络节能研究

摘    要:采用夹点技术对某MTBE裂解制异丁烯装置的现有换热网络进行了节能研究,找出了现有换热网络中存在的问题,通过对换热网络的分析和优化改造,实现了装置的节能降耗。现有换热网络热公用工程量为2154.95kW,冷公用工程量为2094.65kW,通过夹点分析确定了最小热公用工程用量为1869.83kW,最小冷公用工程用量为1809.53kW。参考央点设计原则和现有的换热网络结构,提出了优化改进方案:拆除了一台加热器和一台冷却器,新增了三台换热器。经过优化改造后,节约热公用工程量285.04kW,节能13.227%;节约冷公用工程量285.04kW,节能13.608%。

Abstract:Used the pinch technology to analyze the present heat exchanger network of a MTBE cracking isobutene device and the unreasonable matches were found.According to the analyses and optimization,could put forward a retrofit scheme which could get a good energy saving effect.The present exchanger network had 2154.95 kW hot utilities and 2094.65kW cold utilities,while the minimum hot utility requirement was 1869.83 kW,the minimum cold utility requirement was 1809.53 kW,Considering the pinch analysis principle and the present network structure,a retrofit scheme was proposed in which a heater and a cooler were dismantled,and three heat exchangers were added to the unit.Finally this scheme could save 285.04 kW hot utilities and 285.04 kW cold utilities,i.e.the scheme could save hot and cold utilities by 13.227% and 13.608%.
