| 摘 要： | 叙述了对三氟甲基苯乙酸合成方法的研究进展，及其作为医药中间体在药物合成中的应用。将对三氟甲基氯苄法、对三氟甲基苯乙酮法、丙二酸二乙酯法、对三氟甲基苯胺法合成对三氟甲基苯乙酸进行了概括总结。

| Abstract: | Research progress on the synthesis method of 4-trifluoromethylphenyl acetic acid and its application as pharmaceutical intermediate in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals were described.The methods including 4-trifluoromethyl benzyl chloride,4-trifluoromethyl acetophenone,diethyl malonate and 4-trifluoromethyl aniline were reviewed and summarized. |
