| 摘 要： | 文章主要介绍２．５Ｇｂ／ｓ小型化光发射模块的原理及性能。该模块具有２４针双列直插结构，体积小、成本低，是新一代的２．５Ｇｂ／ｓ光发射模块。经测试，该模型具有良好的环境温度适应能力。

| Abstract: | The article introduces design and test result of a tiny optical transmission module at 2.5 Gb/s . The optical transmission module 's configuration with small size and low cost comes in a 24 pin package.Test results show that the module provides an excellent adaptability to the environmental temperature. |
