大坝安全监测自动化系统的土建设计与施工

摘    要:为解决水利水电自动化系统长期稳定运行等问题,结合工程案例,介绍了土石坝安全监测自动化系统基础土建工程的设计方法与施工过程,重点解决了现场设备防护、信号传输保真、方便系统维护、运行稳定可靠、工程区域防雷等问题。通过对系统土建结构的设计与施工,说明与自动化系统配合的方法实现了水库大坝安全监测自动化系统结构升级和监测项目与功能数量的扩充,能很好地适应未来的技术发展,在不改变已有基础结构的情况下实现自动化系统结构的更新。该方法已经在辽宁省大中型水利工程和吉林省部分工程中实施,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:For assurance of the lasting stability of the automation system of water conservancy projects in combination with an engineering case, the base design and construction of the earth and rockfill dam safety monitoring automation system are introduced. Kspecially, the problems such as field equipment protection, signal facticity, system maintenance, operation stability, and regional lightening protection, are solved. The combination of the automation system with the base design and construction helps improve the system structure and expand the monitoring items and functions. It can adapt to the development of technology, and realize the change of the automation system. The method is applied to some large and medium sized water conservancy projects in Liaoning and Jilin provinces, and proved effective.
