摘    要:主要论证了采用少齿差行星传动机构在齿轮磨或平面磨上实现短幅外摆线的等距曲线的范成加工方法 ,解决了非摆线磨床不能加工摆线齿形的难题。由于该装置采用了少齿差行星机构进行传动 ,因此 ,对工件同时具有分齿及范成的双重功能 ,整体结构紧凑 ,传动链短 ,并设有消除传动间隙的机构。所以 ,该装置具有较高的分齿精度 ,能加工出较高精度的短幅外摆线齿形 ,为在一般机床上范成加工短幅外摆线齿形提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:The paper describes the methods of generating grinding equidistant curve of same contracted epicyeloid using a planetary device of small difference between the number of teeth on a gear grinding machine or plance grinding machine.The problem which cycloid gear must be machined on cycloidal gear grinding machine was resolved.Because planetary reducer with small difference between the number of teeth was used in the device,the gear can be indexed and generated at the same time.The device has a compact structure,short gear train and incorporates a device for eliminating the gap of driver,so,the device has a high with a high precision can be machined.A new method of generating contracted epicydoid gear was fined on a common grinding machine.
