绥中36—1油田弱凝胶调驱实验研究

摘    要:针对渤海绥中36-1油田注聚过程中聚合物溶液沿高渗透条带、大孔道突进的问题,以驱油用缔合聚合物为主剂,室内研发出了不同强度的弱凝胶调驱剂;模拟绥中36-1油田油藏条件,对所研制的弱凝胶调驱剂对岩心渗透率的影响、驱油机理及驱油性能进行了实验研究。岩心实验结果表明,所研制的弱凝胶调驱剂具有显著降低水相渗透率的能力、较强的耐冲刷能力和调整吸水剖面的能力,优先进入高渗层,对低渗层影响较小;弱凝胶驱提高采收率是通过对高渗层有效封堵,启动中低渗层来实现的;组合驱方式优于单一驱替方式,"0.2PV弱凝胶 0.1PV聚合物"段塞组合提高采收率效果最好,提高采收率达14.93%。

Abstract:For the problem of polymer solution breakthrough along high permeability zones or large pore pathways during polymer injection in SZ36-1 oilfield,several displacement profile control agents of weak gel with different strength are developed,using associative polymers for oil displacement as the major component in laboratory.Under a simulation of reservoir conditions in the oilfields,the impacts of these weak gel agents on core permeability and their oil displacement mechanism and ability are studied by experiments.According to the results from core experiments,these displacement profile control agents have a very strong capacity to reduce water-phase permeability and a relative strong capacity to resist washing and to control vertical water-intake profiles,thus preferentially intruding into high permeability zones and having less impacts on lower permeability zones.The permeability enhancement by displacement of weak gel displacement is realized by effectively plugging high permeability zones and starting middle and lower permeability zones.The results of combined displacement approaches are better than those of single displacement approaches,and the slug combination of "0.2PV weak gel 0.1PV polymer"is the best,i.e.increasing oil recovery by 14.93%.
