| 摘 要： | 对建筑施工企业如何管好用好资金，通过调查和工作实践做了详细的分析，阐明资金管理在施工企业中的重要性和存在的困难，重点从四个方面提出了施工企业管好有好资金的论述。对当前施工企业在资金管理方面有较好的借鉴和参考作用，从而促进建筑施工企业的资金管理。指出资金的预算管理和内部银行作用是资金利用的重要环节。
