摘    要:随着人们生活水平的提高,食品安全成了社会关注的热点。食品安全问题中,食品添加剂安全使用尤为突出,影响着人民群众的身体健康。本文对肉肉类工业中食品添加剂的应用现状以及存在的问题进行了综述,并对其安全管理和发展趋势进行了介绍和展望。

Abstract:With the great improvement of peoples' living standard, food safety became a hot spot of society.Among the safety issue, the safety utilization of food additive became more and more outstanding, influence the peoples' health.This passage introduced the application and question of food additives in meat industry, the safety control and development trends of those additives were also introduced and predicted in this paper.
