充油顺丁橡胶中凝胶含量的测定

DETERMINTION OF GEL CONTENT IN OIL-EXTENDED BUTADIENE RUBBER

Three determination methods of gel content in oil-extended butadiene rubber were compared. The experimental results proved that the method of replacing solvent benzene during the experimental process was reliable. The rubber sample was directly put into the solvent benzene at room temperature for 24 h to dissolve both rubber and aromatic hydrocarbon oil extender. The process was repeated twice for hours by using fresh solvent each time, until the rubber was completely dissolved for the determination of get content. This method was with the advantages of easy operating, high accuracy and good repeatability.
