环丙沙星中间体2,4-二氯氟苯的合成工艺研究

摘    要:2,4-二氯氟苯是氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物环丙沙星的重要中间体,目前国内2,4-二氯氟苯的工业生产路线极不安全,文中选择反应条件温和、工艺容易控制、生产安全的邻二氯苯为原料的合成路线,并对其所涉及的硝化、氟化和氯化工艺进行研究,大大提高了收率,通过实验确定的工艺条件对工业化生产有重要的指导意义,从根本上解决2,4-二氯氟苯生产的安全问题.

Abstract:At present 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene is used as an important organic intermediate for synthesizing ciprofloxacin. The process adopted by the domestic factories is extremely unsafe,The paper adopts a synthesizing route taking easily- controlled o-Dichlorobenzene with temperate condition and safe process as raw material, The craft of nitrating reaction, fluorination and chlorination are studied, which helps to enhance the reaction total yield greatly. The results will benefit domestic correlative factories. The optimum technology can ensure the safety of the processing taking 2,4- Dinitrochlorobenzene as raw material.
