| 摘 要： | 随着政治经济科技等综合实力的不断增强,我国在国际信息通信技术（ICT）领域的标准竞争日益激烈。本文根据ICT标准竞争的本质,构建了ICT标准竞争的系统动力学模型,并对2000-2020年间中美标准竞争动态过程进行了仿真。研究表明,我国与美国标准水平的差距正在缩小,到2020年某些指标甚至将超越美国;为获得全球ICT领域的优势地位,我国政府应加大基础研究投入,着力引导企业提高关键技术的产业化水平,并营造使用＂国货＂的良好环境。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy and techonology, China has confronted more and more ICT standard competition in the global stage. This paper setups a system dynamics model of ICT standards competition, and makes simlulations from 2000 to 2010. Comparions between China and the US are made to obtain some illuminations. |
