弛张筛筛面张紧量对筛面运动的影响

摘    要:基于弹性体振动模型,考虑筛面张紧量的影响,求得弛张筛筛面的振动表达式。借助于软件Excel计算和绘图技术,分析其动力学参数,并和实验数据进行比较,揭示弛张筛在张紧量影响下的动力学行为,为提高弛张筛的细煤筛分能力提供理论依据。

Abstract:Considering the influence of elastic stretching,offers the vibratory expression of relaxational screen's sieve plate based on the vibration model of elastic body.With the aid of calculation and plotting technology of Excel Software,systematically analyzes the dynamic parameters and compared with experimental results,exposes the dynamic behavior of relaxational screen under influence of stretch.The study offers theoretical foundation for improving ability of relaxational screen for fine coal sieving.
