摘    要:利用覆盖全国城乡的全球数字移动通信网GSM和新技术不断出现的计算机网络来构筑一个分布的、实时的、可动态扩展的城乡水环境监测网络系统。系统由现场检测单元和监测中心(上位机)组成。该系统可监测城乡水环境的各种参数,也可对重点污染源排放大户进行实时跟踪监测。

Abstract:An urban and rural water environment monitoring network system characteristic of distribution,real time and dynamical expansion is set up by use of GSM(global system for mobile communication) and the com-puter network with new technology.The system consists of the spot measuring unit and monitor center.It can be used to monitor many parameters of environment in urban and rural areas,and the serious pollutant emission of some large unit in real-time.
