摘    要:为了进一步提高润滑油基础油原料质量,提高冲拔,采用了规整填料技术及新型进料气液分离分布器,对装置减压塔进行了技术改造。改造后减压塔压降降低,分离精度提高,减四线润滑油基础油原料质量达到设计指标,减二、三线润滑油基础油原料质量也有不同程度改善,装置总拢显著提高,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:We had applied to the technology of structured packing and new feedstocks distributor for improving the quality of lube basic oil material and total draw rate. After this reform, the pressure drop of vacuum tower was decreased, separation precision was improved, the quality of the fourth side lube basic oil material has reached the designed specification,the quality of the second and the third side lube basic oil materical was improved,the total draw rate was highly increased.We had obtained remarkable economic benefits.
