阳离子淀粉浆液浆膜性能试验

摘    要:应用醚化剂和玉米淀粉在碱性条件下制备阳离子淀粉浆料,并测试了其浆液、浆膜性能以及与PVA混合浆的浆液、浆膜性能.结果表明:阳离子淀粉粘度热稳定性良好,浆膜断裂强度、断裂伸长率与其他变性淀粉接近,磨耗较低,对纯棉纱、涤棉混纺纱具有良好的粘附性能,与PVA混合浆的浆液、浆膜性能比单独使用阳离子淀粉或PVA要好.

Abstract:Cationic starch size mixture was prepared by using etherification and corn starch in NaOH solution. The size property and size film property of cationic starch size mixture were tested, and the size property and size film property of the size which mixed with PVA were also tested. The result shows that cationic starch has better viscosity and better thermal stability, has similar breaking tenacity and property of size film to other modified starch, has lower detrition, has better adhesive property for cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn. The size which mixed with PVA has better size property and better size film property than that of cationic starch or PVA.
