| 摘 要： | 对设备监理的内容和实施过程作了简要介绍，通过锅炉设备监理的实践，提出了进行质量控制、进度控制和成本控制的有效措施，对监理过程中的重要问题找出合理的解决办法。同时总结了锅炉设备监理的经验，发现锅炉设备监理的影响因素，为锅炉设备监理提出了合理的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the content and practice of plant consultancy.Using appropriate methods to control quality schedule and cost in the practice of boiler plant consultancy.Some reasonable solutions to key problem are brought forward in the supervision process.This paper also summarizes the experience and the influencing factors in this boiler plant consultancy.Many excellent advices are provided for boiler plant consultancy. |
