| 摘 要： | 就同轴磁控管在研制、生产、使用中的一些问题进行综合分析。结合对同轴磁控管的理论模型的探讨，将管子的冷、热测理论和实际制管过程的工艺参数设定有机地联系起来。建立了一套工艺测试技术标准，保证了制管成品率，达到了工厂批量生产的水平。

| Abstract: | Some problems in the development,manufacture and application of coaxial magnetron are comprehensively analyzed. Based on an investigation of a theoretical model of coaxial magnetron,the measurement theory is effectively integrated with the determination of the technological parameters in the production .It is shown that the measurement specifications built up in this paper can meet the requirements of the mass production. |
