大跨干煤棚网壳风振时程分析和等效静风荷载研究

摘    要:以某热电厂大跨干煤棚网壳工程项目为背景,对开敞干煤棚网壳结构进行了风洞测压试验。基于风洞测压试验所得的脉动风荷载时程数据,开展了大跨干煤棚网壳风振时程分析。分析了不同风向角下是否堆煤对该开敞干煤棚网壳结构风振响应的影响。研究了基于时程计算结果的大跨屋盖结构等效静风荷载计算方法,分析比较了几种常用的风振系数计算公式及其与峰值因子的关系。研究结果表明:考虑Weibull分布峰值因子的局部轴力风振系数能够用于确定合理有效的等效静力风荷载,实现大跨干煤棚网壳结构风振响应的静力等效,且便于工程应用。

Abstract:Wind tunnel test was carried out forthe long-span lattice shell roof structure with opening on two sides, which is constructed for storing coal of the power plant. Based on the time history data of fluctuating wind loadsderived from thetest, wind-induced dynamic responses of the roof structure was analyzed corresponding to two cases of with and without stored coal. The effects of sored coal on the wind-induced dynamic responses have been investigated under different incident wind angles. The determination of equivalent static wind loads (ESWLs) was studied in the context of gust response factors and peak factors. The analysis results indicate that the ESWLson the long-span lattice shells can be reasonably determined by the gust response factors associated with the axial response forces of key structural members.
