天气雷达远程定标控制器设计

摘    要:新一代天气雷达站的建设普遍采取局站分离的方式,不利于雷达的日常维护和机外定标,在极端天气情况下,由于技术保障人员无法到达雷达站,严重影响雷达保障的时效性。天气雷达远程定标控制器能够有效解决雷达远程机外测量与定标的问题,其由硬件子系统和软件子系统两大部分组成。硬件系统单片机STM32F107为核心控制电路,软件系统采用C/S的架构。在某新一代天气雷达站经过为期一年实际应用,远程机外主要输出参数实时监测和在线检查功、实现了对雷达发射机、实现了对雷达发射机、接收机等主要系统机外和机内的远程在线定标并自动生成定标测试报表,达到了系统设计的目标。有效提高了保障人员的工作下来,提高了新一代天气雷达的业务可用性,效益良好。

Weather Radar Remote Calibration Controller
Abstract:The construction of a new generation of weather radar stations generally adopts the method of separating the station and station, which is not conducive to the daily maintenance of the radar and external calibration. In extreme weather conditions, the technical support personnel cannot reach the radar station, which seriously affects the timeliness of the radar support. The weather radar remote calibration controller can effectively solve the problem of radar remote measurement and calibration. It consists of two parts: hardware subsystem and software subsystem. The hardware system single-chip microcomputer STM32F107 is the core control circuit, and the software system adopts the C/S architecture. After one year of practical application at a new-generation weather radar station, the remote real-time monitoring and online inspection of main output parameters of the remote aircraft have realized the detection of radar transmitters and the detection of radar transmitters and receivers. The remote online calibration inside and the automatic generation of calibration test reports have achieved the goal of system design. Effectively improve the work of support personnel, improve the business availability of the new generation of weather radar, and the benefits are good.
