机械振动强化吸收式制冷机传热性能的实验研究

摘    要:本文搭建了带有电动振动系统的吸收式制冷性能研究实验台,实验重点研究了振动对于吸收式制冷机传热性能的强化效果。结果表明,振动可有效地强化吸收式制冷机的传热性能,增加制冷量;在低频、低振幅的范围内,传热的强化效果随频率和振幅的增加而增加。本文的研究成果对于提高溴化锂吸收式制冷机的效率有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:This paper set up an absorption refrigerating performance research test bench which equiped an electric vibration system, experiment research is mainly focused on the strengthening effect of heat transfer performance of the absorption chiller by vibration. The results show that the vibration can be effectively improve heat transfer performance of the absorption chiller and increase it’s cooling capacity; Within the scope of low frequency, low amplitude, The strengthening effect of the heat transfer increases along with the increase of frequency and amplitude. In this paper, the research results  has certain model function for improving the efficiency of the libr absorption chiller.
