摘    要:建立高速列车车厢连接处简化的气动噪声分析模型,基于声类比理论、FLUENT软件分析车厢连接处形状及风挡对气动噪声影响,给出车外气动噪声分布规律。数值结果表明,对近车厢连接处端部进行圆角光顺能减小气动噪声值。圆角半径越大减噪效果越明显;在车厢连接部位安装风挡能减小车外及车厢连接内部空腔的气动噪声,风挡开口处的气动噪声值有所增加。对风挡板进行圆角光顺可进一步减弱气动噪声。

Abstract:An aerodynamic noise analysis model of the simplified inter-coach between the two carriages of a high-speed train is established based on FLUENT software and Virtual-lab software. Using this model analyzes the effects of the Inter-Coach structural style and windshield on aerodynamic noise generation at the inter-coach. Exterior noise distribution and noise radiated sound filed near the inter-coach are shown in the paper. The numerical results show that aerodynamic noise level can be decreased by rounding the edges of the inter-coaching structure and the windshield. In between the carriages of the train, installing the windshield can reduce the aerodynamic noise outside and inside the cavity between the carriages effectively, but the pneumatic noise level at the windshield opening increases. Finally, the windshield is optimized. The optimized windshield has good noise reduction effect.
