基于近似模型管理的汽车安全带约束系统优化设计

摘    要:为提高汽车安全带约束系统的安全防护能力,通过实车碰撞实验对安全带约束系统数值模型进行校正;基于径向基函数建立安全带约束系统的近似模型,运用IP-GA遗传算法对安全带约束系统的动态特性参数进行优化。优化中为控制由近似模型所致误差,通过模型管理更新近似模型,并将误差达到允许范围内优化解作为实际问题的解。结果表明,该方法能快速有效获得安全带约束系统的最佳匹配参数,确保汽车乘员的安全性。

Abstract:
In order to improve ability of safety belt restraint system protection, the numerical model of safety belt restraint system is validated by the vehicle crash experiments and the approximation model is constructed by the radial basis function with the samples which are obtained from the design of experiments. The IP-GA genetic algorithm with high efficiency is employed to searching the key parameters of the safety belt restraint system dynamic characteristic. In the optimization process, the management framework updates the approximate model and controls the error resulting from the approximate model. The optimal solutions whose errors are controlled appropriately can be regarded as solutions to the problem. The optimization results demonstrate that the proposed method could effectively obtain the optimal parameters of safety belt restraint system and ensure the occupants safety.
