| 摘 要： | 以丙烯酸酯类单体为原料，采用预乳化半连续乳液聚合方式合成了水性羟基丙烯酸树脂，考查了羟基组分等因素对树脂的影响；将制备的水性羟基丙烯酸树脂同多种拜耳水性固化剂配制成双组分水性聚氨酯清漆，分析了不同的水性固化剂对漆膜性能的影响。

| Abstract: | The waterborne hydroxyl acrylate resin is prepared by pre-emulsified semi-continuous emulsion poly-merization with various acrylate monomers as raw materials. The influence of hydroxyl components and other factors to the performance of resin is studied. Two - pack waterborne acrylate - polyurethane varnish is formulated with the obtained emulsion as hydroxyl component and different curing agents form Bayer. The effects of different waterborne curing agents on the performances of the coating film are analyzed. |
