基于实验模态和有限元分析的轧机故障诊断

摘    要:针对某钢厂热连轧机在轧制过程中出现的异常振动现象,分别对轧机机架和传感器壳进行了实验模态分析,得出轧机异常振动是由于机架和传感器壳的自激振动,引起传感器连接杆和传感器壳的不合理相对运动耦合的结论;然后采用实验模态分析和有限元建模相结合的建模方法,获得了足够精度的传感器壳修正模型。最后对传感器壳修正模型进行结构动力学修改,修改后,消除了异常振动,解决了该热连轧机的自激振动。

Abstract:Aimed at the abnormal vibration phenomena appeared in the rolling process of continuous hot rolling mill in certain steel works, the experimental modality analysis was carried out respectively on the frame of rolling mill and of the sensor shell. Conclusion has been obtained that the abnormal vi bration of rolling mill was due to the vibration of self-excitation of mill frame and sensor shell, thus caused an unreasonable coupling of relative motion between the linking rod of sensor and the sensor shell. And then obtained the modification model of sensor shell with sufficient accuracy by adopting the combined modeling method of experimental modality analysis and finite element modeling. Finally, the structural dynamics modification was carried out on the modified model of sensor shell. After the modification, the abnormal vibration was eliminated and the self-excitation vibration of this continuous hot rolling mill was solved.
