自然老化硅橡胶材料表面憎水性及耐受特性的研究

摘    要:研究硅橡胶材料的老化特性对于复合绝缘子的设计、选型及维护具有重要意义。以经过现场投样、自然老化后的复合绝缘子伞裙压片为研究对象,详细研究了硅橡胶材料自然老化前后在憎水性迁移特性、憎水性丧失特性、憎水性恢复特性上出现的差异,另外对材料受酸碱侵蚀后表面维持憎水性的能力也进行了研究。结果表明,老化对于材料憎水性能的影响较明显,上下表面由于存在日照、雨淋、积污和冲刷等因素的差异,老化程度不同,上表面的憎水性能表现的更差一些。

Abstract:It is important for design,selection and maintenance of composite insulators,studying aging characteristic of silicone rubber materials.In this paper,the shed samples of composite insulator getting natural aging in eight different exposure fields sitting all over the china were selected for studying the hydrophobicity characteristics of silicone rubber such as hydrophobicity transferring,losing and recovering property affected by aging.Moreover,the hydrophobicity of aging silicone rubber undergoing acidic and alkaline solution soak was studied in detail too.Result shows that aging effects the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber distinctly;upside of samples has worse hydrophobicity than underside because there lay different aging factors such as sunshine,rain wash,pollution accumulating,etc.during exposure course.
