氮化物陶瓷的自蔓延燃烧合成

摘    要:本文对一类氮化物陶瓷的自蔓延燃烧合成进行了理论分析,从热力学和动力学的观点出发,分析了工艺条件(如压坯孔隙率、温度等)对合成所需的最低氮气分压和合成转化率的影响。最后,以TiN的合成为例,讨论了实际合成研究结果与理论分析之间的差异。文章认为:氮气在金属粉末中的渗透作用是不可忽视的。

Abstract:A theoretical analysis of the formation of metal nitrides ceramics by selfpropagating combustion synthesis was reported, the effect of process parameters (temperature, povosity of compacts and metal element) on the nitrogen pressure was analysized.At last, the difference between experiment and theoretical analysis was discussed by theexpeliment result of TIN and indicate that the permeation of nitrogen molecular in metalcan't be neglected.
