摘    要:分别以纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和氨基功能性单体改性的硅丙乳液为基料,多聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER),三聚氰胺(MEL)为膨胀体系,钛白粉为无机填料,制备水性防火涂料A、B、C,比较了3种涂料的理化性能和防火性能.结果表明,防火涂料A的膨胀高度和发泡效果较佳,但其燃烧炭层比较疏松;防火涂料B和C有优异的理化性能;防火...

Abstract:The water based ultra-thin intumescent fireproof coatings A, B and C were prepared respectively with acrylic emulsion, silicone modified acrylic emulsion and amino functionalized/silicone modified acrylic emulsion as binders, ammonium polyphosphate (APP), melamine (MEL) and pentaerythritol (PER) as flame retardant system and titanium dioxide as pigment and filler.
