| 摘 要： | 随着商业银行经营机制的转换,风险控制成为银行业界普遍关注的问题.但是,当前商业银行内部控制执行效率低下,尚存在一些明显问题,文章从内控体系框架中内控环境角度,对低效率的成因进行分析,得出了建立系统的、发展的制度体系,并明晰责任,对内部控制环境的优化是加强内控的必由之路.

| Abstract: | With the shift of commercial bank management system, risk prevention mechanism has become public problem in banking linc. However, since the execution efficiency of internally piloting is low, some obvious problems still exist for us. Form the angle of internally piloting environment of internally piloting frame, this essay has analyzed the cause of inefficient efficiency and it comes to the conclusion that building a systematic and improving system, making the responsibility clear and optimizing the internally piloting environment are the essential way for strengthening internally piloting. |
