摘    要:在分析磨削加工精度影响因素的基础上,主要讨论了齿轮磨床的刚度特征,从静态刚度入手,对动态稳定性问题进行了深入研究.以典型的三类齿轮磨床配置图为例,根据齿轮磨床加工时砂轮和工件的相对偏移、动态特征、廓形误差作了比较,得出机床结构是影响动态稳定性的重要因素,结构采用封闭外形可大大减小振动幅值.

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of the grinding precision character, the paper mainly discusses the intensity character of the gear grinder and carries out the deep research on the problem of the dynamic stability from the point of the static intensity. The paper takes the three typical gear grinder deployment maps for example, according to the comparison of the relative deviation, dynamic character and outline error of the grinding wheel, the paper draws a conclusion that grinding machine structure is the main reason to affect the dynamic stability.
