| 摘 要： | 风险投资作为高科技产业的强大推动器,可以促进、引导高新技术产业的发展,并可推动高新技术园区的发展.在我国,我们应该采取制定税收优惠政策,专项资金拨款和信用担保,扶持并管理中介机构,加紧风险投资人才培养等政策和措施来加速其发展.
