啤酒酵母残渣提取甘露聚糖的研究

摘    要:本文以废啤酒酵母制备生物蛋白质的剩残余物为材料,经甲醇、乙醇、丙酮以及费林试剂络合法提纯,制取粉末状甘露聚糖。本文研究了化学方法制取甘露聚糖的工艺条件。为食品发酵工业废弃物的综合利用以及环境保护开辟了一条新途径。

Abstract:A kind of mannose was extracted from beer yeast dregs which came from discarded beer yeast after biological protein extracted and was fractionated by methanol,ethanoland Fehling's solution, etc. This paper studied the condition of producing mannose by chemical method. This research improved the field of industry waste integrated utility and the protection of environment.
