摘    要:利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机进行试验,建立了20钢变形扩购买力数学模型,分析了变形温度、变形速率、变形量对变形抗力的影响,并对轧制力进行了预报,预报误差仅为6%。

Abstract:Based on the Gleeble 1500 hot simulation test, the model of resistance to deformation of 20 steel is established, and the influence factors of deformation temperature, rate and amount on resistance to deformation force are analyzed. Meanwhile, the rolling force is also predicted, and the error is only 6%.
