宽场光学相干断层成像系统横向分辨率的实验研究

摘    要:宽场光学相干断层成像技术(WFOCT)是一种非侵入式、高分辨率层析成像技术。为了研究WFOCT的关键技术并使WFOCT系统具有较高的横向分辨率,从宽场光学相干断层成像系统的基本原理出发,研究探讨了WFOCT技术中系统的横向分辨率问题,分析了影响该系统横向分辨率的主要因素,对WFOCT系统成像通用的实验方法进行了进一步的研究。通过实验调试和状态分析,给出了获得较为清晰、横向分辨率较高的样品图像的系统成像状态。实验证明,系统的横向分辨率受系统的成像状态和振动因素影响很大。
