摘    要:针对中国石化茂名分公司润滑油一车间糠醛精制装置在历年检修时装置设备的腐蚀类型、腐蚀部位及设备腐蚀原因和机理及结焦的危害,从腐蚀机理和装置的特点出发阐明了装置的腐蚀机理为相变涡流腐蚀及冲刷与糠醛酸引起的腐蚀,找出了原料脱气、原料性质、相变、炉温控制、设备材质等影响设备腐蚀的因素,提出了工艺和设备方面所采用的一系列行之有效的防腐、防焦措施,成效显著。

Abstract:According to corrosion types,positions,causes and coking hazard that happened to the equipments in furfural refining unit of No.1 Lube Oil Workshop of SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Company during the maintenance over the years,based on the corrosion mechanism and unit's characteristics,it is clarified that the corrosion is caused by phase change vortex corrosion and flushing,as well as furfural acid.In the mean time,factors leading to equipment corrosion are found out,such as feedstock degassing,feedstock property,phase change,furnace temperature control,equipment materials,etc.And a series of available measures are proposed to protect the equipments from corrosion and coking,with a remarkable success.
