城郊选煤厂煤泥水处理系统改造实践

摘    要:针对城郊选煤厂煤泥水处理系统中二次流分级筛入料量不稳定,处理能力不足,离心机入料浓度变化频繁而导致的煤泥水系统无法正常运行的问题,从二次流分级筛底流管路改造,浓缩机底流掺入二次流分级筛底流桶管路改造,卧式沉降过滤式离心机离心液池改造、实现煤泥水处理系统自动控制等方面入手,对煤泥水处理系统进行了改造,从而实现了系统的运行稳定。

Abstract:According to the problem of non-normal operation of slurry treating system caused by unstable of feed quantity of secondary flow sizing screen,treating capacity insufficient and concentration of centrifuge frequency changed in Chengjiao coal preparation,the renovation was done from the four aspects of modifying the underflow pipeline of secondary sizing screen,making the underflow of secondary sizing screen enter into underflow of thickener.Reforming the liquid pool of screen bowl centrifuge and realizing the automatic control of coal slurry treating system,so that achieved the stable operation of the slurry treating system.
