高岭石对煤泥沉降影响的研究

摘    要:煤泥水难以沉降的主要原因是其中粘土矿物含量多、粒度细,易形成胶体悬浮液。高岭石是最主要的粘土矿物之一,文章从高岭石的粒度和含量两方面,研究了高岭石对纯煤沉降的影响,研究结果表明:高岭石的粒度对其沉降影响较小;阳离子PAM适合于含有高岭石的煤泥沉降,随着高岭石含量的增加,阳离子PAM加入量以2‰~3‰为宜。

Abstract:The main reason of difficult to settling of coal slime is high content of clay minerals,finer particle size and formed into colloidal suspension,in which,the kaolinite is the main ingredients.The paper researched the influence of kaolinite on settlement of coal form two aspects of particle size and content of kaolinite in slime.The research result shows that the particle size of kaolinite has little effect on settlement of slime;the cation PAM is appropriate for settling of coal slime containing kaolinite,and with the increase of content of kaolinite,the adding amount of cation PAM is 2‰ to 3‰ is suitable.
