| 摘 要： | 阐述了TBS分选机的结构、工作原理及技术特点,介绍了该设备在张小楼井选煤厂的应用效果。生产实践表明,采用TBS分选张小楼井选煤厂1～0.25 mm粗煤泥,其精煤平均灰分为8.72%,尾煤平均灰分为79.65%,取得了良好的分选效果。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the structure and operating principle as well as technical features of the Teeter Bed Separator are illustrated;furthermore,the application effect of such equipment in the Zhangxiaolou coal preparation plant is described.The production practice indicates that use of it to separate the coarse coal slime with 1-0.25 mm size fraction in the Zhangxiaolou coal preparation plant could achieve good separation result,that means,the average ash contents of the clean coal and tailings are 8.72% and 79.65% respectively.In a word,such equipment is simple in technological system,low in maintenance cost,and is worth popularizing in similar coal preparation plants. |
