方钢管混凝土桁架K形节点失效模式分析研究

摘    要:方钢管混凝土结构结合了普通方钢管结构和圆钢管混凝土结构的优点,具有连接方便、可靠的特点,同时由于钢管和内核混凝土的共同工作,可以提高材料的使用效率,从而降低工程造价。对方钢管混凝土桁架中的K形节点进行了有限元分析,得出在正常使用状态下其内核混凝土的应力分布曲线,探讨了方钢管混凝土桁架中K形节点的应力分布及其失效模式

Abstract:Concrete-filled steel rectangular tubular(CFSR) structure combines the strong p oints of both common rectangular steel tubular structure and concrete-filled ci rcular steel tubular structure, it can be connected easily and safely. Meanwhile , as the steel tube and the filled-in concrete work together, the efficiency of the two materials can be improved and the cost of the construction can be reduc ed. In this paper, the K-joints of CFST truss is analyzed using FEM, the stress distribution of the filled-in concrete under normal use is educed. And their f ailure mode is discussed.
