摘    要:Q235钢板在冷弯时出现开裂,采用扫描电子显微镜对开裂件进行了观察。结果表明,钢板表皮下存在的大量夹杂物,在轧制过程中极易形成裂纹源,并由此产生裂纹的延伸扩展,最终导致钢板冷弯时开裂。消除钢板冷弯开裂的主要措施是提高钢水的纯净度以减少其内部夹杂物。

Abstract:In this paper, through observing the crack of Q235 plate cold bending by scanning electron microscope, we found that the main reason of the crack is: under the rolling condition the inclusion under the surface of the plate turns into the crack, and the inclusion lies on the tip of the crack and enlarges the crack further. The main instrument of reducing cold bending crack of Q235 is purifying the molten steel and lessening the inclusion.
